By using QBoardz service or by creating or owning a QBoardz login or Resource, or by storing or posting content, you are entering into a contract with QBoardz per the following Terms of Use. Failure to comply will result in account termination and other consequences as described in this Terms of Use.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

• NO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY! We have established contacts with the FBI, and US Customs.
  All transfers are logged. Your IP and email will be sent via fax to both of these agencies if you upload child pornography or link to it from this network.
  
  
• DO NOT link to Child porn, animal sex, or any other illegal shit. You must own the license to use the content you upload, there is no public domain.
  
  
• Material that violates or solicits the violation of any applicable local, state, national or international law.
  
  
• Viruses, hacking or other harmful computer software programs.
  
  
• Warez boards, CD-keys, and serial numbers.
  
  
• Mail fraud and pyramid schemes

SPAMMING NOT PERMITTED

• QBoardz may not be the source, intermediary or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames or mail bombs. QBoardz Resources may not be referenced in or linked to any unsolicited commercial messages distributed via e-mail, newsgroups or facsimile. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without further warning, barring the offender from future use of the service. QBoardz will also report the violation to the email providers and other Internet Service Providers known or believed to be used by the offender.

You can't try to cheat us by trying to hide our banners & text links, or by writing "Host's banners above", or "Don't click above", and so on. We may alter these terms at any time, or cancel, or modify this service at anytime we want without prior notice to you. You don't have the right to resell your website space to anybody. We make no warranty of any kind about the reliability of this service. This service is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or removal or alteration of your webpages. You are responsible to monitor your website and make backups of it.
